Just a quick update, we now have ns2.thesimplehost.net set up as a backup mail server as well, you may notice that under MX records in cPanel you will see ns2.thesimplehost.net with an MX value of 100 – do not worry about this, but if you wish to receive your mail externally, you should remove this entry.
