We would like to announce that we have a referral scheme in place that will be running until the first of June 2009. For each customer that is referred by you, our customer, we will upgrade your account to the next package free of charge.

To claim your free upgrade, your referral will need to have registered and paid the first bill that has been issued to them. You can then send us an e-mail informing us the name of the referral and we’ll upgrade your account within 24 hours.

It may be good to note that the customer must be with us for at-least 6 months otherwise we will have to downgrade your account to it’s previous package – this is to stop people from cheating the system.

With a new year comes a new website. We have taken on board a lot of customer feedback in the last few months regarding packages, support and our website. We decided that it would be best for the company and our customers if we were to make more information easily available on our website (ver2).

Some new features are as follows:

• Updated Legal Section (ToS, Privacy & AUP)
• Control Panel/Web Mail links in Client Area
• Quick Links
• Speed Test Page

With these additions to our website, it should be easier to find what you’re looking for, quicker.

We have also launched a new product to add to our line of already successful products: Blog Hosting. With this product you get unlimited space for files under 1mb (there is leniency) and you get unlimited transfer. You can find out more information here.
