We are proud to announce the arrival of Premium Web Hosting for Companies and Personal Website to Europe in the form of The Simple Host. Built upon a solid base we have moulded our business plan around what we feel our customers will want. Throughout the next few months we are going to be taking a lot of feedback from customers that will help us improve our service straight away – giving you the best experience.

The Simple Host is backed by three customer agents and two techs who monitor our servers 24/7. Any questions regarding sales or technical problems will be sent to our customer agents who are more than capable of dealing with any problems. They are able to escalate them to the technicians should it be required. We also have a number of other protocol monitors, checking our services every few minutes – every day of the year – so we never miss a thing.

Within our first year we have aims of becoming a potentially strong competitor in the UK market whilst having a strong European customer base. Through advertising and great service we have every intention of breaking even come the end of our first year allowing us to expand out product range.
